CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3pm. Check out time is 11am.
Our front desk agents are available for check-in’s throughout our normal reception hours. Help us ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in if you plan to arrive after our reception hours please give us a call; our Innkeepers can be available for a late arrival.
Room rates are based on occupancy. Some rooms have sleeper sofas that can accommodate extra persons with extra bedding. Some rooms can fit a roll-away bed. To request the sofa to be made up, or a rollaway, please contact the Inn ahead of your arrival. A $50 nightly per additional person fee will be charged upon arrival.
Shandaken Inn is a smoke-free facility. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guest room, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Our Shandaken King Suites are dog friendly with a nightly fee of $50 (up to two well behaved dogs per room). Please be sure to let us know ahead of time if you are traveling with your pet: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our property is ADA Accessible, including our bar and common areas, with exception to certain rooms. If you are looking to book a handicap accessible room, please find availability for the Shandaken King Suite.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY
A 100% deposit is collected at time of booking.
Cancellations and changes made 30 days or more before check in will receive a full refund minus a $50 fee per room booked.
Cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before check in will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee per room booked.
Cancellations and changes made 14 to 3 days before check in will receive a full refund minus a $250 fee per room booked.
Cancellations and changes made less than 3 days prior to check in are subject to the full cost of the stay.
No-shows and early check outs will not be refunded.
