Via Carota Craft Cocktails Meets Shandaken Inn

Save the date! Shandaken Inn meets Via Carota Craft Cocktails with a collaborative five-course tasting menu this evening.

Shandaken Inn is excited to have recently introduced Via Carota Craft Cocktails into our beverage program and now preparing to launch a new series featuring their cocktails paired with a five-course tasting menu inspired by our Executive Chef Bryon Lopez.

Via Carota Craft Cocktails, the luxurious ready-to pour-cocktails crafted by the James Beard award-winning chefs from the eponymous West Village restaurant, are teaming up with us to launch  Cocktails in the Catskills: Via Carota Craft Cocktails Meets Shandaken Inn for a Dinner Soiree, a special ticketed dinner series on Sunday, February 25. The first event will take place here at Shandaken Inn’s onsite restaurant, The Clubhouse, where Via Carota Craft Cocktails will make their Catskills debut. The evening will feature a cocktail hour with passed appetizers followed by a five-course tasting menu from Shandaken Inn’s Executive Chef Bryon Lopez with Via Carota Craft Cocktail pairings.

Tickets are limited and are available to purchase here for $185/per person. Event attendees are also invited to enjoy the ultimate night cap with a cozy overnight stay at Shandaken Inn where they will receive a 30% discount on all room categories for the night of Feb 25 with rack rates ranging from $365-$625 and $1,125 for the new private cottages.
